About Truth Bomb T Shirts - We are a Christian home based business and we do not have a storefront. We primarily work out of our home and the workshop on our property. We also travel to large sports and fine arts events and print t shirts onsite at the location of the events. We print and decorate t shirts, polo shirts, sports uniforms, and other items such as bags and tumblers. We sell mostly to businesses, recreation departments and private schools all over the state of Georgia and Alabama.

Here at Truth Bomb T Shirts, we are not just selling t shirts, we are using business as a mission. This is a ministry. We believe that in everything we do and in every sale is an opportunity to demonstrate the Kingdom of God and that He may be glorified. So our vision is to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ and to maintain a culture of God's Kingdom in all that we do. We are looking for candidates who desire to do God's will and be led by the Holy Spirit in all that they do.

Job Description - Duties include but are not limited to - Check in, count, and record inventory. Fold t shirts and restock. Organize team apparel, art images, & files, etc. Prepare HTV and adhesive vinyl for application. Apply heat transfers/print shirts with a heat press. Assist in making art displays by cutting, laminating, and applying designs to display signage. Prepare items for shipment. Make deliveries and run errands. Load and unload inventory and equipment to be used at events. Take customer orders and fulfill at event locations. When business tasks are completed, we also need help maintaining our shop, home, and property so duties will also include but are not limited to - property maintenance, cleaning, cutting grass, pressure washing, washing cars, maintenance, cooking and preparing meals. If you are willing to work hard and learn, we can teach you everything you need to know to work here.

We are looking for motivated candidates that pay attention to detail, want to excel at their job, are willing and proactive to do whatever is needed to get the job done, can think ahead and provide new and better ways of efficiency, follow instructions well, have computer skills, and work great in a team environment with production deadlines. We usually work on weekdays 9am-5pm and occasional Saturdays. The ultimate employee(s) for us would be those who are willing and able to do whatever we need to be completed in the busy times and during the slow business times.
Pay is $10.00-$15.00/hour and commission of 1% of event sales. Raises are considered based on dependability, accuracy, pro-activity, and production.
